Russia when it stopped communism there's this period where different people grabbed different industries. Putin started as a hot dog we say it was in prison came with the Russian prison system so linked to crime but grew that into a restaurant business and a very sort of expensive restaurant on the water in St. Petersburg, Russia. This enabled him to get close to Putin and then he was awarded a whole bunch of like contracts around food like for schools and the army and stuff like this and became an oligarch really providing catering services.
