Catos trevor burs argues that the court is now providing states with better guidance to determine whether a gun restriction passes constitutional muster going forward. This case follows on two other major cases,. heller, which our own clark neelie was sort of his brain child and found an individual right to keep and bear arms. But this case seems both smaller and bigger at the same time.
