Leadership Negotiation Theory

i'm reminded of two pieces of sort of leadership negotiation theory that feel relevant to me. The first is the work of ron heifitz who really tries to get teams and groups focused on the work at the centre, so that they can tune out a lot of interpersonal stuff. And i think you're saying also, that a lining around the goal that is not necessarily about you or me, but is about us, and what we bon hear about is important. I've found lek, as someone who struggles with this, if i can separate my ego in my emotion and make it about the work, the team, yes, the x y c, it goes better.
