How to Train for a Strength Day

I would do probably two minutes on and two minutes off on the tread wall. So that would be a strength day. What would be a power endurance day for you? Yeah. And then maybe if I'm still have time, I might do weights that day. Do you prefer the tread wall rather than doing actual routes? I think mainly that's because I really don't have a whole lot of access to partners during like the training times.
