Start-ups can be a good way to move into an inner senior role at an existing organization. There's scope to create charities that are less effective than give welstot recommended, but potentially have much more room to scale. And then finally, i just think we're playing a part in creating a world where new organizations in the charity sectr are created, can exist, can thrive.
