The 12 Week Year

The 12 week year is, first and foremost, a thinking ship. It's getting out of that annual environment to the point where there aren't four orthose in the year. The more you spread yourself, the greater the probability that you're going to be great at none of it. And so with the 12 week year, we always let's be great at a few things versus medeocre at many.
