There is this presumption that somebody needs their behavior explained to make sense of it. And I guess if this is like a left brain thing to do, there's a little evidence like in the cases where it confabulates. The idea is just our sense of self is this massive accumulation of narrative explanations that are that try to make sense to us. You see what I'm saying? Yeah.
