How Do You Teach Your Process?

When i started teaching hanstands, maybe a little bit earlier than that, i was a terrible teacher. I used some of what i learned from yuval uval alon. So i take things from some different teachers and have put them together. And now i've found a very clear projection of where to put the process. But everyone's a little bit different.
