What Information Do People Use?

In order to build a model, you need to make some assumption about the information that people use. But how do you know? You don't know. And it's even more perverse than that, because there is alrethe assumption to make about the the model. Soi if different versions of the model, they are equally visionable based on what we know, usually wouldnt be studying the stuff in the first place, are equally reasonable, then you don't give different results.
