The Soviets Are Believed by Us

While at the monroe institute, i was there with naval officers and other very sane people. They were exploring remote viewing. The united states launched a whole series of programmes designed to see if they could recruit people that had this ability. And while i was there, we had a number of of of scientists come and explain why it was that this was absolutely true. All matter is energy, and at one level at least, it's all connected. Some people are better than others at letting down those filters and tapping into all the information around them.
