Fifta - Is There a Consistent Sense of Property?
Fifta and Kant both have arguments for kind of pre political justifications for property. But Fifta realizes that none of these claims are valid as property claims. So either everyone has property or property isn't actually a legitimate first social foundation. That is also the case for these German idealists. And so maybe that's one place to start with that.
