Are We Going to Be Good or Evil With It?
i think through the world wars, people saw that technology is not automatically leading to moral progress. It certainly didn't lead to an end of war. In fact, it made for much more horrific, destructive, deadly war. And so there's a new consciousness m after the wars of, well, is this technology going to get used for good? Are we going to use it in a wise and prudent way? Teetotaler: On one hand, many people can see how technology does make their lives better. But on the other hand, they're worried that all these jobs are going to take away from them at the same time.
