i don't think that it's going to meaningfully improve much in terms of recovery or training adaptations. But the one caviot i will mention, i would not, as a general rule, throw any unaccustomed stresser into the mix if i had really important competition or training bout within the next 24 hours. So whether it's sana or something completely different, like anything that is completely out of the ordinary, something that you are not otherwise adapted to yet.
