Is Your Culture Static?
Culture is not static. Your culture probably needs to evolve as you go from 200 to 500 peop so if you just want to stick to the old culture, ah, you probably need to evolve it,. but you can keep the great elements of it. To what degree should founders be involved in coaching, slash mentering new team leads as they join the organization? And are you going not to promote someone that's kicked asking for company because they spurged? I think that's more important.
