I'd really emphasize the fact that if you want to trade your sort of like medium term long term view don't go with leverage which is what I'm currently doing. Obvious trade that I like is basically to sell five year bonds. So looking for like higher nominal yields and I think what's interesting here is that obviously you know the noise and the walk can actually lower the front end but I don't think the world really mess up with them with where we're going to go eventually.
