I didn't think about being a female engineer or a female CEO. My leadership has always been that if I were the employee, what would I want to see? When I worked for someone else, what things worked and what things bothered me. So it was, it's something that I recommend for women. Being an entrepreneur, starting something new is very risky. It requires a lot of sacrifice. You have to be all in. If you want to succeed, you have to be dedicated,. passionate, and you need to be ready for a lot of failures.
