The decision point here really is, do I use that money to pay the property off and just keep a smaller number of units? Or do I reinvest that money to continue growing? That's really what we're talking about here. And it's a really important decision point that I've had to struggle with myself. So that's why this idea of the income floor is brilliant because it's like you could have them both. It doesn't have to be mutually exclusive.
