Does the Coaching Matter for Good Teams?

The Boston Celtics won on talent man their defense was incredible and if you want to credit some of that the coaching great but they have had a really good defense for a really long time brad stevens was an excellent defensive coach so these guys know how to play defense. Their offense fell apart down the stretch of games and it cost them finals games and so i i just does the coaching matter that much there?
