Leicester has one of Britain's highest proportions of South Asians. They make up 28% of the city's population of 368,000 people. The demographics have changed over the last decade with an influx from India. Yasmin Serti is secretary of the Federation of Muslim organisations in Leicester. She says a very small number of young men are to blame for recent tensions.
