A lot of people who think about starting a social media channel, whatever it might be on YouTube or whatever, they'll grind away. And then they'll just give up and think, oh, well, it's not going to work out. So I really wondered what would happen if I treated podcasting like an athlete would. Jeff Bezos had one criteria through every decision he made throughout his entire time: Does this improve the customer experience?
