How to Start a Business With Friends

I think it's really important to just really zoom in on what you're good at. I'm a big fan of launching a business, getting customer feedback and pivoting. You don't really know what your actual business is until you until you launch it that feedback. Do you have any opinions or advice about starting a business with friends? Like do you think that can get sticky? I think anything can get sticky friends, relationships, not friends, random people.
