The Enneagram is a powerful system for understanding and working with personality styles and team dynamics. It's kind of like Myerig's Briggs-ish. Once we rolled it out to the entire team at Gooder, it profoundly changed how we communicated and connected with each other. We have over a team of 75 using it today.
