The Importance of Hospitality in the Bar Industry
The first thing we all were like back to bars. As we see the pandemic start to appear in our re-remeber. So I think just making sure that it's a welcome. And then also on the hospitality note, curating your hospitality to your guests or to your space. One of our restaurants is at two star Michelin and like the hospitality we give there is not the same as the one star. If I go to a dive bar and they're treating me like I'm in a twostar Michelin restaurant, I'll be like, what the fuck? Like, that's not what I came here for.
