The Bread on the Sacrament Tray
Annie was first diagnosed with an eating disorder at age 11. She has been to a therapis twice, but never felt impressed to ever go down the road of becoming a therapist or getting any academic training. But sometimes if you n take your lived experience in a space and ad clinical and education work, you become very effective,. A, that isn't everybody's story. Not everybody then pursues a crew in the areas they're kind of working through personally. Thereny mixture we talk about is the bread on the sacrament tray. And just feelings of the eating disorder and taking the sacrament bread and wondering how many calories were a part of that.
