i admire james quite a bit, and he's like me. I don't find him to be like, threatening. He was saying that energy levels are your one because he wants healthy, strong legs. Your legs are the biggest muscle group. If you go into your fifties with no muscle, you'll just never have any. And it's your muscle that keeps you from falling and kill yourself and breaking. It's not just vanity, but like health life.
