Karen: It was interesting how hard the fangs got hit to day, even harder than some of the high flyer names in the tex base. Even with rates up, banks really didn't work either. But i don't think things have changed materially. I still think that delta's important,. and that if we're really seeing decline there a, then we're going to see higher rates in higher market mean.
