The Evolution of Emma Wheat and Incorn Wheat

Humans had been foraging emma wheat for many years before neolithic revolution. One excavated site in modern israel called olaho provides us with some evidence of this, with wild grains of emma wheat being radio carbondated to 17 thousand b c. Another very similar plant that was abundant at the time and believed to have been foraged and consumed is incorn wheat in their wild archaic forms. Both emma and incorn wheats are very similar kinds of grass plants. The stem grows and produces seeds, which can be harvested naturally. Humans required the seeds to stay intact on the plant for an easy harvest.
