Sally Kohn: When did writing become an obvious passion of yours? Kohn: I always wanted to be a writer. She was doing all kinds of odd jobs, selling belts, cleaning apartments, driving a cab. But as soon as my first book came out, she didn't do those jobs anymore. You managed to successfully build networks and relationships from scratch that ended up serving you very well throughout your career.
