Rule in Capitalism, Where the Owner of a Thing Is the Absolute Diktator of a Thing

In capitalism, where the owner of a thing is the dictator of a thing, is that just reality? Isn't that how everything works? No, there are all sorts of situations and cultures and different economic systems where different rules apply. In our culture, we don't think that an eight year old should be able to decide what to do with their own property. We can see here the enormous role that culture plays in shaping and effecting decision making and the rules of politics.
