The Importance of Service Design in Business
I'm not sure leadership, one, has a clear understanding of what service design is meant to do and how it might improve outcomes. How would you sort of start stating that case for a company who doesn't understand that they need that service level input? Sure. There are different approaches. But one that I've seen is very effective is think about how an experience looks when it's not properly designed or when sort of this service design level is lacking.
