Homer's art is supposed to be enjoying in a naive way, forms, and anybody can enjoy its. Least common denominator. That's not how homer works at all. Yet, that homeris preserving some of the terrible stuff that the naive art is reacting against,. right? You have war and killing, and it's all plays rit in great neutral detail. Andwe homer itself is not. I was thinking, that's why i thought this was referring to the doric and not the homeric. But you're saying that homerc is the naive but i guess i don't see.
