Companies that are trying to play by the rules are most likely to get burned by this. It's just, as the pressure grows for companies to disclose, there's more information available. I don't think anyone can not talk about this on their calls, so it's always going to be a question of, are they actually doing anything? You can look around your workspace and see whether it's working or not.
