The Impact of the IA on the Enterprise UX Community

Within content strategy, and this happened in UX as well, what has happened just over the last three or four years is that people are really starting to stake their claims on areas of specialization. There's a rather large product content strategy community that is growing mostly in the Bay Area, Seattle area where there are more products under development. That field is also kind of being referred to as even UI writing or UI copy. You know, Sarah Walker-Betcher for Resident Film Media years ago wrote content everywhere on structured content. And that field, which is sort of loosely by some being called content engineering, like a way to make the content go, is also taking, taking shape.
