When somebody takes money out of a bank, the bank reserves fall. If they don't have those reserves on hand, are there assets in bonds? They've got to sell the bonds. And when they sell the bonds, they realize the loss. So it's not a real value at all, is it really? We're getting a lot of creative accounting here. But again, let's not see this as an episodic thing. This is systemic. It has to take some blame."
