How to Remind Yourself of Your Behavior Goals

I try not to create a school like atmosphere for my goals because I feel like I have so much latent anxiety from school that when I set myself up for like I have to do this or like this is due to this day, then I get really anxious about it. But at the same time like I'm definitely the kind of person where it's like out of sight out of mind. For example, for exercise is the first thing I do every morning. Or for like so my other goals like you know like my books are always justlike out on the table so like I'll see them in a bit if I have time.
