Are You Trying to Get a Salesperson to Do the Right Thing?

A typical complaint that you'll get from some put up people, and again, i've seen this myself before, so i know it's not just anectdotal. But the idea that they weull just kind of go out promise anything that the client asks for because it's the easiest way to get the deal over the line. In enterprise sales in particular, you're there for the long hall. Those people will can't afford to maximize the compensation plan at the expense of thei long term future inside the company.
