The Impact of Coach Development on Professional Development
Professional development for coaches is far less than that of a teacher. As a result there was a significant skill set missing from coaches who would either coming from an ex playing background or just come straight into professional coaching. i'm not in any way suggesting that either of those two groups can't be outstanding coaches because it'd be ridiculous of me to suggest that they can't be. I think we talked about this at my view of going through teacher training myself but then the social we think about what's socially expected to do what's their role curriculum planning viewing a long-term journey scaffolding doing little so offering small steps to learners managing cognitive load all of this type of thing that is both
