The Pandemic in the Restaurant Industry

It really started with max's essay. We were, you know, we originally met to talk about foraging. And a lot of that came out in the interviews as well, as we started looking through the interviews. It became apparent that restaurants are really important for other things besides just providing people with delicious food. You know, it was clear to everybody in the restaurant industry that there were so many restaurants and th they were so competitive.
