Shaken Babies

The idea of shaken babies is that, by definition, the last person who was with the baby is at fault. It's acting as if there aren't any potential other causes that doctors just haven't figured out yet. I find worrisome any kind of actual, or alleged, scientific finding that allows a prosecutor to say that thing while pointing at someone.
