How to Spell Pneumatic?

i don't think anybody should feel shame for not knowing how to spell pneumatic. i've had some interactions with some people at hardware stores that weren't as socially dialed. And so customer service in general is changing because it is augmented with technology. The people that lean into the technology wholeheartedly end up not being as good at customer service.
