Is the Private Law More Information Rich?

The rules in private law are fashioned when there's a real dispute between real people, not just some it's not just a decree made by a committee the legislature. So you kind of like drawing upon the wisdom of your ancestors to some extent,. verses some guy currently in power signed a document hand says, you will do this, or it will hurt you. It can also vary from region to region. Like in one country it might be different because people have different social habits or whatever. Ah, it's not a one size fits all thing, necessarily. Maybe it's different a, you know, maybe the age of consent is different here than it is in another, in another region.
