Saeed Iyad: It's interesting to me how many mission statements i come across, and every they basically all the same thing. When i dive deeper into these conver ations with churches, a, i find out that the heartbeat of how they want to go about doing that oftentimes doesn't match how they're even staffed, or where they're putting the bulk of their energy and resources.
