Everything with a small link to China is rallying like crazy as a consequence of this reopening. Anything that has Chinese exposure is going to see a net marginal increase in demand from where they were. Tesla doesn't have its own dealer network, so really to manage inventory, they can't ram it into the dealers. The price of second-hand testers has been falling as all second-hand cars have. And so to stimulate demand, if they're able to do so directly, why not do it? And maybe they gain market share from it. We obviously also saw the price of cars falling in the CPI report from the US.
