What's the Difference Between Float and Offshore?

PLC is an offshore company. The thing with this one is I believe the control and shareholders like obsessed with taxes and stuff is quite an unusual person. So they've changed a lot and it's not very consistent that way But just looking at reserved development over time and changes in the what businesses they sold off and what ones they kept made it more interesting. It was purely from that perspective not from the perspective of anything else.
