Dr. Taylor Turkington wrote her doctoral thesis on the book of Habakkuk and she has some great advice as how the minor prophets might be useful for Advent. She says that there are prophets that lead us to the birth of Christ that speak into this brokenness. And I think that HabakKuk is a great option, thinking about loss of stability and society.
