Staying active during hard times in my life helped me become more grounded in my body. I think just monitoring that has also played a role in respecting myself more. Having a routine whether it's going for a walk and listening to a podcast or you know trying something new. If someone wrongs you don't let that ruin the rest of your life not letting that destroy the next six months for you.
