i agree with you that incentives matter, and i think markets produce outcomes that no individual intends. You can't just change that. The idea that you cold make something illegal and therefore solve it is so obviously true to an economist, and so obviously not true to most people. I'm on the band wagon of best t v sho ever. It's more accurate to realize that there are all kinds of issues which often result from ego,. alternatives, and nd th e results of those more interesting forces. Miseal.
