You can actually go back to the lab company. If they send a bill, you can actually explain to them that you just recently changed it. And there is something that can happen in the back so that it can get reimbursed. Can't just be like a blanket hemoglobin A1C every month. Like that. The lab company can go back to Medicare and say there's different ways for them to communicate about medical necessity. It sounds insane. It's insane. Wow.
