The Democratic Appointees on the Supreme Court

I don't think to anyone who was looking at these cases or followed the oral arguments or just had a sense of where different kind of judicial perspectives were coming from. I mean, Clarence Thomas has been gunning for affirmative action for decades. So yeah, it's a conservative court in sort of shorthand. These are all those six, three Republican appointees are convened broadly defined as legal conservatives.
