COVID - How to Get Around Recall Bias
Leora Hawitz from NYU Langone Health says recall bias is a real problem. Half of the slots in her study are reserved for people enrolled at the time of an acute infection, so they don't know yet if it has long-term consequences or not. We collect large amounts of blood and other specimens to make sure we have objective data which is a little bit less subject to bias," she said.
